Under Registration Procedures

Step 1. Application Process:

  1. Fill out and submit Application Form
  2. Pay admission and evaluation fee - RO 300l- of which RO 100l- is non-refundable
  3. Provide a copy of student's ID card or birth certificate
  4. Provide unofficial copy of previous school records
  5. 3 passport-size recent photos
  6. Sign AIS' Financial Policies

Step 2. Registration Process

Upon acceptance of applicant, the following requirements must be provided before final approval is granted:

  • Pay first installment of tuition fees + issue 3 post-dated cheques due in the 7th day of April, July, and September of the current school year to cover the remaining balance of the Tuition Fees.
  • Issue undated cheque for library deposit RO 100
  • Sign the following documents:
  1. Release of School Records Form
  2. Health History Form
  3. Parent Consent Form for use of Images of Children
  4. Student Code of Conduct
  5. Field Trip Consent Form
  6. Swimming Program Consent Form
If Subscribed to Transportation
  1. Bus Service Request Form
  2. Bus Code of Conduct
  3. Bus Subscription Fees
If Subscribed to Food Services
  1. Meals Subscription Form
  2. Meals Cost
  3. Menu Selection
